Beginners Course

At Wendouree Archery Club we cater for all people interested in archery.

Come n’ Try days are for people interested in just giving this archery caper a try – and for a small shooting fee you can’t go wrong!

Then we have our 5 Week Beginners course. Tailored for those who have given archery a try and are interested in learning a bit more to see if it really is the sport for them.

If you are looking at buying a bow we recommend holding off until you have completed the beginner’s course and spoken with our coaches, in order to assist you in buying the best bow possible for your needs.

Not Sure where to start? Then come along to our club at “Prince of Wales Park, Wendouree” on a Saturday morning between 10:00am and 12:00pm to speak to one of our coaches.

“For safety reasons, wearing closed toe footwear is required and long hair must be tied back”

 

When, where, what and how:

Instruction includes the use of Longbow, recurve and Compound Bows.

Our coaches are all Accredited with current WWCC Checks

 

How do i Sign up:

To Express your Interest eithter:

1. Speak to one of our coaches on a Saturday Morning between 10:00am and 12:00pm at our range or.
2. Fill out the following sign up form “WAC Beginners Course – Google Forms”
3. Contact the Club using the contact details on our website or contact a coach directly.
